In the instance of electrical or electronic devices returned to us, prior to issuing a credit or supplying a replacement item, it must first be determined that the product in question was not abused, incorrectly installed or damaged through static electrical discharge due to improper handling.

Neither Edwards Builders Hardware nor TACVS.COM shall assume the shipping costs associated with the return/replacement of an item for claim under any warranty offered.
